Download Windows RS4 client build 17084.1000.rsmaster.180122-1350 or later, and go to Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & feedback to trigger Windows Diagnostic delete commands.

Note that this will generate commands against your device's MSA Global Device ID. For more information, see Windows Diagnostic Delete Signals spec.
